Our princesses and characters have been trained in performance and musical theatre to make for a believable and mesmerising experience. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail, providing only the highest quality costumes, wigs and lookalikes to guarantee a magical party like no other.

We offer a variety of packages and promise to go above and beyond to make your day as enchanting as possible from start to finish.

We guarantee a reliable and stress-free service that will leave magical memories that last a life time.

All our princesses and characters are DBS checked along with basic first aid training.

Guide to booking

  • Thank you for choosing Palace Parties.

    If you would like to book a party with us simply fill in the enquiry form on our contact page, or drop us an email.

    Let us know which package you are interested in, which character you would like to come and any special requests you may have.

    We will aim to respond the same day.

  • Before your party.

    One week before your party we will contact you to confirm your booking details.

    Please let us know if you would like to make any changes to your booking or any finishing touches you would like to add.

  • PARTY TIME

    We will contact you when we are on route to your party, we will arrive 15-20 minutes before hand to set up, all we require is a plug socket and small table.

    To make the experience as magical as possible, our characters will arrive at the party in full costume, however if this is not possible they may need a small changing area to get ready.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your deposit, once we have received this we will send out a confirmation email stating your package, character and any other special requests we have discussed.

Deposits must be paid upon booking and are non refundable.

Payments

Your remaining balance must be paid 3 days ahead of your booking.

If you wish to pay cash we can accept this on the day of the party.
